best way to keep your job as a teacher

Greetings to you. I have a few tips to help you as a teacher.

1. Don't be invisible

Invisible people are not the first to be considered. It's as simple as it sounds. If you hide in the corner, you'll be the first to be cut when cutting season comes. Engage your higher ups and management team. Engage your teachers. Go to every class even if you don't teach them. Say hi to everyone instead of hi'ding from everyone.

2. Have your own voice

Say something and stand by it. Don't stab others with it, but stand by it. Regarding important things, don't just follow what leaders say if you feel you have a better way of doing it. To rephrase, follow but state clearly what your opinion is. This way, when your opinion is truly right and theirs backfires, you'll get a shining star over your head.

3. Be genuinely interested in the school's progress

You can't help unless you want to help. Try lifting a school with the weight of your enmity bearing down on your ego. The only way to get positive results is to think positively. You can't truly help, which is what makes you less invisible, unless you truly want to help. So just truly help.
