Being structured keeps you stress free as a teacher, well mostly. You're able to move through the lesson without wasting time and energy on what wasn't planned for.

a. Introduction - greetings and getting acquainted
b. Warm up - an activity to get yourself
c. Review - review the previous lesson
d. Lead in - an overall introduction of the day's lesson
f. Teach - delivering the content to be learned
g. Practice - practicing what has been taught
h. Test - a minor test to see if the lesson was effective
i. Review - an overall review of the day
j. Homework - give something to be practice at home
k. Conclusion - conclude and end the lesson
